How to test the battery with a figures table

The DMM measurement voltage, current, and resistance of the electrical circuit. A digital multimeter typically measured using two internal circuits: one dedicated circuit for measuring current, and the other for measuring the Noise Finder ADD3500 and resistance.

The two internal circuits of batteries used in the test. The series circuit of the wiring multimeter, simultaneous selection of the current measuring circuit, will provide a measurement battery current output. Wiring multimeter the leads parallel circuit across the battery terminals, will provide a voltage measurement.

1

Cut two long electric wire, and ½-inch of Strip the BENZ W164 CAN FILTER of each end. Said first wire is connected to one end of a single resistor conductor and solder connections. Free resistor lead connected to one end of said second wire and solder connections. The free end of a second lead connected the negative battery terminal.

2

The digital multimeter is set to "current" or "amp", "A" plug and plug red probe lead. The black probe lead to the "COM" plug-in. The red connect a probe to battery positive. Black probes said the free end of the first wire. Reading multimeter display screen.

3

Disconnect the red multimeter probe from the ADD9000A. Multimeter of graphite is disconnected from the first line. The free end of the first wire is connected to the positive electrode of the battery. Multimeter to "DC Voltage", and enter the "V +" plug-in, the red probe lead. Multimeter black probe electrical connector, the lead wire of the second wire is connected to the second resistor. Red probe of electrical connectors, and lead wires of the first wire is connected to the first resistor. Multimeter reading show screen.

Tip:

If the battery reads remarkable less than more than 10 mA or significantly below 6 volts, the battery is discharged or damaged and should be replaced.
